Glass Rook Digital is operated by Jason Ruggles. This notice explains how this website handles information when you contact us.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, business name if provided, the service you select, and your project description. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote, and manage our conversations and any resulting work. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form.

Where information goes

Inquiries are saved in a private database provided by Supabase. Email notifications containing your inquiry are sent through Resend to our business contact inbox, currently hosted by Gmail. Our website hosting is provided by Vercel. Supabase provides our database and owner authentication. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics. Owner sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security logs. The application uses short-lived hashed identifiers to limit repeated form submissions.

Keeping and removing information

We keep inquiry records while they are useful for responding to you and managing our work. Contact us if you would like us to correct or remove an inquiry. Some information may need to remain in project, transaction, email, or backup records.
